“Governance only matters if it withstands reality: an audit, a cyber incident, a regulator’s questions, or a board member asking, ‘Can we demonstrate this, or do we merely claim it?’ That principle has shaped my career, from enterprise records governance on a US$700 million infrastructure project to designing a national data protection certification body. It is the same standard I bring to every engagement.”
